§ 86-2. Applicability of chapter to vehicles regardless of ownership.

Latest version.

The provisions of this chapter applicable to the drivers of vehicles upon the streets shall apply to the drivers of all vehicles regardless of their ownership, subject to such specific exceptions as are set forth in this chapter.
